Monday Snapshot: Templo de Debod

Taken 11/10/2014 at sunset

Tempo de Debod or Temple of Debod is an ancient Egyptian temple that was gifted to Spain by the Egyptians in 1968.

It was rebuilt in Parque del Oeste and opened to the public in 1972.

The best time to visit is at sunset, like I did. Not only do you get to see the temple beautifully reflecting in the water but you are treated to a beautiful view of the palace at sunset.

So grab your camera, head down to Temple of Debod and take in the spectacular views of the sunset.

Have you ever been to Temple of Debod? When do you think is the best time to go?
